Ahousaht provides Patient Travel services to registered members, both on-reserve and away from home clients who have to travel for medical appointments.
Our patient travel clerks, Bonita, Blair and Michelle, encourage clients to either have the doctors office email or fax 4 days in advance, as stated in the policy.
If you have upcoming appointments please call into the office in advance with your travel arrangements.
Appointment cards can also be dropped off at the front desk at the Ahousaht Administration office.
